Terms of Service

Last updated: [Date]. These terms govern your use of The Assembled Growth Hub.

1. Who we are

The Assembled Growth Hub is operated by [Business Name], [legal entity type], registered at [Registered Address], [Country]. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean [Business Name]. "You" means the person or business holding a membership account.

2. What the membership includes

A membership gives you access to the online resource library: templates, standard operating procedures, checklists, worksheets, and written guidance. Access lasts for as long as your membership is active and paid.

The library is updated over time. Resources may be added, revised, or removed. We do not guarantee that any particular resource will remain available.

3. What the membership does not include

The membership does not include done-for-you services, consulting, coaching, account management, or custom document creation. It does not include legal, tax, accounting, financial, or HR advice.

Resources are general-purpose starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and — where relevant — having a qualified professional check anything you use in your business.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

A membership is for one business. [Placeholder — state your policy on additional team members or seats.]

5. Fees and billing

The membership costs $149 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis to the payment method on your account, and continue until you cancel.

[Placeholder — confirm whether prices include or exclude applicable sales tax or VAT.] If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the outstanding amount is paid. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. How you may use the content

Subject to these terms and while your membership is active, you may use, adapt, and customize the resources for your own business or for client work you personally deliver.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish the resources as templates or products
  • Share your account access with people outside your business
  • Include the resources in a competing library, course, or membership
  • Present the resources, substantially unchanged, as your own product

We retain ownership of all original content in the library. This licence ends when your membership ends, though documents you have already customized and used in your business remain yours to use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use of the resources for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

8. No guarantees of results

We do not promise any specific business outcome. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your execution, and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing in the library should be read as a prediction or guarantee of revenue, growth, or performance.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, technical failures, and third-party outages can interrupt availability.

10. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Liability

[Placeholder — this clause must be drafted or reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction. It should address limitation of liability, exclusion of indirect losses, and any caps you intend to apply.]

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify members by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

[Placeholder — specify the governing law and jurisdiction, and have this reviewed.]
