Answer
More than once, and more than most people are comfortable with. A reasonable pattern for a warm lead who has spoken to you: day 0 recap, day 2 deliverable, day 5 email, day 8 phone call, day 12 alternative option, day 20 direct question, day 30 clean close-out. Then a no-pitch check-in at 90 days. Two rules make this feel professional rather than pestering: 1. Every contact carries something — information, an option, or a genuine question. Never "just checking in". 2. Always give a real way out. "If this isn't a priority, say so and I'll stop" gets you honest answers and protects the relationship. Most sales are lost to silence rather than rejection. Someone who has not replied is usually busy, not offended. The No-Response Follow-Up Sequence gives you the exact wording.
