If they answer
"Hi [First Name], it's [Your Name] from [Business Name] — have I caught you at a bad time?" → If bad: "No problem. When's better — later today or tomorrow morning?" Then book it and hang up. → If fine: "I'm calling about the [Offer] proposal I sent on [Date]. Two reasons: I wanted to check it actually landed, and I had a thought about [specific adjustment] that might suit you better. Have you had a chance to look at it?" IF YES: "What's your read on it so far?" → Then listen. Handle whatever comes up (see Objection-Handling Library). IF NO: "Completely understand. Would it be easier if I walked you through the key part in five minutes now, or shall I call back after you've read it?" CLOSE THE CALL: "So the next step is [specific step] by [Date]. I'll [your action]. Sound right?"
