FINAL REQUEST — timing based on your agreement and policy
Subject: Action requested: invoice [number]
Hi [Name], invoice [number] remains outstanding. Please contact us by [date] to arrange payment or discuss any discrepancy. How to use it

Reconcile payments before each reminder. Adjust timing to the agreement. Never add fees, threaten collections, or pause work automatically based on this sample alone.

Illustrative example (invented for teaching, not a customer result)

An invoice due October 1 receives a friendly reminder October 2 after the payment ledger is checked.
